Architectural Review Committee

Before doing any building, you must submit building plans to the Architectural Review Committee along with the Approval form. This includes, but is not limited to, home additions, fences, extensive landscaping, outbuildings (e.g. storage sheds), or swimming pools. The power of this committee is detailed in the restrictive covenants for the entire subdivision and will be enforced in the interest of fairness to all residents. Please allow thirty days response time. All modifications to your lot must be approved before installation. After approval, remember to have any building permits from the Village of Tolono or the County before starting your project.
